By booking an appointment with Rooted and Refined by Ruthie, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Client Media Consent: Photos and videos may be taken before, during, or after your appointment for promotional purposes on social media and marketing platforms. By receiving services, you consent to being recorded and/or photographed unless you provide written notice stating otherwise prior to your service.
   
• Respectful Conduct: Rooted and Refined by Ruthie is a safe and professional space. Any form of disrespect, harassment, or aggressive behavior toward the stylist or other clients will result in an immediate cancellation of your appointment, with no refund given.
•  Children & Guests: For the safety and comfort of all clients, please do not bring additional guests or children unless they are being serviced. 

 By continuing with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
